Bad service

I have received the worse service ever I went to Pick n Pay Bloemfontein Lemo mall I was assisted by cashier Kholiwe Nongqo. I was with my colleague paying 1 item per person and also playing lotto so my colleague bought her item then she bought another item as she was paying separately as she was done I paid then played lotto cashier started shouting at us that's why she don't like helping as we have been standing their forever I took it as a joke I said no friend we where buying separately but so I saw her facial expression that she is not joking she is irritated by she had the guts to tell her Colleague that she don't like helping us so I wanna know where must we buy if she don't like helping us or is it because we are working in the same mall or what is that how customer service is at Pick n pay cause is not the first time she gives bad service I never tooled her serious but today the guts of telling her other colleague that she don't like helping us we are so annoying so now I see it becomes personal and as a customer I have the right to be assisted with all I might need at that time when I am at the retail as I do work with client I know how important is customer service and she had face gestures that made me feel bad as if I was the to play
