Bad service

I had a very bad experience with a cashier by the name of lerato she was very rude into a point that she ended up swearing 🤬 just because of a guy asked for cash back,she claimed she ddnt have money on her till then I said iwill be paying cash maybe the guy can wait she shouted that I cannot tell her what to do I can even call a manager she's not giving anyone money
