Bad service

Thus is not my first experience with pick Noah Mmabatho prices. Just today again, I took Cappy juice from the fridge with q pricing of R21.99. There were 2 flavors & I chose tropical. When I get to the till, it showed a different price & I told the lady that thats not the price. There was some confusion there but then the other staff member came & started explaining that we must check bar codes before we take the stock. He then continued to say that cappy juice does not even go in that fridge, that it supposed to be on the other fridges with other juices. Thing is there were lot of cappy juices there not just one. The guy went to confirm what I was talking about & he found them there & removed the price. Told him it time consuming & that I'm going to write a review, he told me to do whatever I want. No apology was mentioned but I paid R21.99

Same story happened last time with pricing for pasta & I wrote a bad review on their website, I have never been contacted. The thing is It's like it's my fault for picking up stuff with wrong prices, its like I can't read or something. I left there feeling stupid & left everything there. Something needs to be done, they do not care about their cusomers
