BAD SERVICE

I ordered food online and received burnt chicken . Im still waiting for Pick n Pay to contact me regarding my refund its been 4 days now and they quiet
I spoke to Yolanda Tsotsi Ngxekana on Friday 14/10/2022 and she promised me the issue will be resolved the same day.Im still waiting . Please sort this out ASAP and stop selling burnt food
