Bad service during delivery

Worst..with Take a lot colleague arrogant unprofessional lady...rude n lie, I ordered online under MrD, when delivery lady came she parked on the wrong address tha decide to come to my house when she comes out of the car she attacks claiming she waited an hour went on en on, than she put my packets on the floor outside the gate and goes inside the car, I had to leave my things outside the gate to go en get the gate keys, I always order bu this was just the 1st bad experience I had with delivery person
