Bad service, drunk security

I went to Pick n Pay store in Thokoza Matlala yesterday evening, approximately to 6. The security guard at the liquor store was extremely drunk without uniform, he wanted to man handle me and followed me to my car threatening me and banging my window. I ask where is management when such takes place under their watch, when employees or whoever associate of the store drinks during working hours and are in a state where they can't stand up straight and nothing is done about it? Should I expect bad standards when it's Pick n Pay in the hood compared to upmarket? I refused for a man without uniform, utterly drunk to check my slip... Must I be threatened for that? Should I be followed to my car and swore at? Pick n Pay can we fix the standard and maintain your promise to clients, I wonder how many times this has happened to innocent clients that have never spoke out? Because that man showed no remorse or fear of any authority.
