Bad service delivery from a supervisor(Birch Acres mall)

I'm so disappointed with the service I have received at Pick n pay Birch acress. The cashier (Constance) made a mistake by double scanning the product I was buying. She picked it up before finalizing the transaction. She called a supervisor to rectify. She didn't bother to come. I went to her and asked for assistance, she looked at me with a condescending face, and then she sent someone who doesn't have authorization access. She was called again. The supervisor (Paballo) is so unprofessional. She didn't bother to show some sort of remorseful or ubuntu, She just came and shouted at Constance. Not even to say sorry to me whilst I was the one who called her in the first place. She gave me a look as if I wasn't a human being. I became invisible in her eyes. This is unacceptable. She needs more training. Even Constance(Till operator) is way too better than her. What was worse was when she fought a till operator in front of us. she doesn't deserve to be a supervisor. She's *********. Please sort this out, Paballo is unprofessional and ***********.
