Bad service delivery

Picknpay asap has bad service. I placed an order earlier, 2hours later my order was not yet prepared, called the customer service and the consultant were not helpful at all. I was placed on hold for over 24 minutes and still my issue was not resolved. Why can I get immediate refund and have to wait for 10 day? Honestly you guys are failing at this
