Bad Service delivery

This is unacceptable I placed an order at 14:30 latest delivery was between 15:30-16:00. I am still waiting for my order it is currently 18:55 AND STILL NO ORDER OR EVEN AN UPDATE. I have spoken to 6 agents in the time waiting and they all give me the same answer. Now at 19: 00 I had to cancel my order because they can't find a delivery person. This is really unacceptable. If you want urgent and proper service delivery I don't recommend PICK N PAY
