Bad service delivery

I don't know when I will learn from PnP online delivery service. Perhaps in other areas it is better but Stellenbosch sucks big time!!!!! Service delivery fail 💯, I need to delete that app!!?? You can't place an order and 13h00 and then delivery will be 14h00 come 14h00 time changes to 15h00. I know this order will be cancelled like numerous time before or time extended till tomorrow.

I am fed up!!! When you email them you get the first same response even when you chatted with someone!!! Oh yes and your delivery driver sits in his car while you need to take out your own groceries!!! Why do I pay a delivery fee!!!
