Bad service delivery

Pick n Pay is falling apart not just their shops their delivery also. We order delivery at 15:00 and at 16:50 they let us know they only will deliver the next day. We needed the order for today not for tomorrow. We could’t fine a space where we could cancelled the order and payment pathetic that is why they loosing clients I rather then stay with Woolworths and Checkers then.
