Bad service

I ordered yesterday around 4 on the Pick ‘n Pay asap and it was said it will be delivered today around 5-6 then after I payed it changed to tomorrow I immediately called them with no response wrote many emails called them the next day with no response , they still proceeded to deliver the parcel and I don’t want it cause I bought it somewhere still no response . I need my refund they are not answering calls nor emails !!! It’s not nice
