Bad service

I had the worst experience at PnP Maponya Mall. I stood in the 10 items express till for over 40 mins. I spoke to the supervisor (Prudence) to get someone to sort out the long ques as there were people carrying full grocery trolleys in the express line which is unfair on us customers with fewer items and big bold signs are written. The supervisor did nothing about my complain or the fact that it's unfair on the customers who actually have 10 items. Prudence said there is absolutely nothing they can do about customers who do not complying with written signs and that if I were a regular customer then I would know this is how things are done at Maponya Mall, she then left me to continue in the line and absolutely nothing was done to sort out the express till.

I am really appauled by this behaviour because other PnP outlets do not allow full grocery trolleys at the express till so why is this particular branch inconvincing us. Hai this is not fair.
