Bad service

Sunday the 31 Aug i was trying to make a purchase on pick and pay ASAP the app kept on giving different delivery times until i decided to cancel the order. Unfortunately the money had already been deducted.The money has been put on hold since then and I cànt access it. As a results i was seating ŵith no groceries and no money to repurchase my groceries.When you call the customer service center calls goes unanswered and support center doesn't respond to give feedback.
