bad service
my dad bought baby formula as a gift for us for our baby. but it was the wrong formula. and he threw the slip away so i went back i ask the manager Mr louw if can exchange it. He was so rude. I explained everything to him. his reply was no slip no exchange. i know that it my fault that i didnt have the slip but the customer ethics what so ever. This springs gate pic n pay

24 Aug 2020, 10:47I know the policy. But the rudeness was unacceptable I Wil never again support Pic n pay again my family as well. Who has been buying from them for years now. It was a present that my dad bought that is why I didn't have the slip. So do understand If it was Handel with more ethics.
