Bad service

I recieved really bad service at pick n pay (Kagiso) last time I went there, the cashier was rude and only to get home to find that I bought really bad bags of potatoes. Management isn't helping, had a chat with one of them then agreed that I would go back to the store when I have time. Few days later I check on the person to confirm the meeting, they just read my text on WhatsApp and no response till today!
