Bad service

I'm really annoyed with pick n pay ASAP I placed an order this morning at 09h34 my order was accepted money was debited from my account, still now they app keeps on telling me driver is on his way to the store been more than 4 hours and theirn call centre is not helpful at all they first guy just hang up the phone before I was even finished talking I've called 3 times already with no actually assistance I think this app is just a worst of time and the call centre agent assistance is the same as in their store pathetic, if I could I would rate the app and the call centre agent a big 0
