BAD SERVICE

Its been 3 times that I was disappointed with the service received from Pick 'n pay ASAP.(3different occasions) 1) It took more than 10 days to get my refund back (Emails as backup)

2) I ordered a special of 3 Jacobs, received only one, I was informed that I will get a refund for one Jacobs what about the 2nd one?

3) No feedback from Management, I phoned to speak to the manager, I were informed that he will phone me back, no refund and no manger until today.....
