Bad service

I was at pick n pay Busy corner mall around 11h00 today. There was this lady serving there I waited for her to serve the staff even those who came after me I had no problem with that. When she finishes serving the staff she served other people who came after me and I said to her I have been waiting for while (in Zulu kudala ngimile) she said to me (obolele botse) meaning I should speak nice, I don't understand what she meant she said that for several times maybe I was suppose to wait for her to serve everyone I was not happy by the way she treated me She end up saying I didn't see you.
