Bad service

Good day,

I have composed numerous emails and complaints with regards to the PnP app that doesn't work correctly on my phone. Also your Pick n Pay Eerste River staff talks down to customer without listening attentively and then when you informed them consistent issue after they have done the troubleshooting steps you advise them was done only then they listen. this card was replaced numerous times to see if will fix issue did not. Also the cashier and I mentioned this in previous mail short packed my bag because when got him item missing this has been on going for months and I lose out on pick n points I frequent pick n pay daily and I am losing greatly
