Bad service

I placed an order for a couple of things. Firstly, I ordered 3 packets of Pork Chops @ R69.99 (total came to R209.97). I received 3 packets to the value of R72.99 but the full amount of R209.97 was paid. Secondly, I also order a packet a Beef saugages - original value R83.99 - I received a packet of R104.99 - which was paid. Thirdly, I ordered a packet of Vitagen Dry Dog Food at the value of R74.99 - did not receive this. The full amount of the order placed was R1136.48 (which was paid in full) but the amended total showed the amount of R864.76. Where is the rest of my money:?

I phoned them on Monday and they said they would look into it. They asked me to send photos of the items received, which I did via email. I also told them to fetch the meat that I did not want - they still have not done so. I asked them to refund the difference as well as the money for the meat that I do not want. Till today, (Thursday) I have not heard back from them. I gave them till close of business yesterday to refund the money and told them that I would go to Hello Peter if the money is not refunded, the dog food not delivered, and the meat that I dont want fetched. Should you need proof of this, I can send the photos as well as the slip which proves the amount I paid and the amount the things actually came to.
