Bad service

Yesterday was the first time using the PNP ASAP app. It was not a pleasant experience AT ALL.

Firstly, because it was my first buy. I had a voucher for R50. A few minutes after receiving the code, when trying to use it I got an error message saying that it has expired???

Then when I recieved my order, there was items missing. BUT It was paid for.

Lastly, I've been trying to get hold of the support on the app. But I have had no luck in getting a response.
