bad service

I would like to complain about the bad service I received at pick and pay in Ga-Rankuwa complex in Pretoria. I'm not happy about the lady by the name of Kamogane Hlengane and how she treated me yesterday morning 19/08/2021. The lady did not even put the staff I bought in the plastic bag. I stood there for 1 minute without her not telling that she's not even going to pack my staff in the plastic bag and there was no 1 in the que and she was not even busy. I cannot go and buy at pick and pay and do their work of packing my grocery and still come to my work and do my job. They should start doing what their are hired for. when I asked why she isn't packing my staff she said she is folding her uniform. This should be attended to as it has been going on for some time at the store and its bad service.
