Bad Service

I went to Pick 'n Pay Vincent park East London on Sunday afternoon (16/01/2022) nearly 2 hours before they close shop. While shopping I was constantly reminded by some lady who seems like a cashier supervisor, that I must hurry it up they closing soon. I decided to ignore her. AT the same time customers were being told via the intercom to come pay whether finished shopping or not. Halfway down my shopping the same lady came to tell me that I must come pay, I told her I was not done she told me there will be no cashier to assist me then, because they want to cash up and leave. Then I decided to go pay for what I have in my trolley, the attitude I got from the cashier was plan rude and no customer service whatsoever. I couldn't get her name she was not wearing her name tag.

I like to know if it is professional to force customers to pay, while they still shopping, because cashiers want to cash up? What a bad service that place is, its appalling.
