bad service cant stick to timeslots and can not refund because I was not home because they cant stick to timeslots

Pick a pay ASAP - I have been using you for years and today you have really blown my mind ....

1) I choose a time slot on your app for my delivery my Delivery amount was just over R2000 I know it not your biggest order but at least its not just a bread, My order was delayed with more than an hour I had to leave for work. because I could not wait any longer so the driver pitched up and no one was home because you could not honor your time slots.

I had to re order everything you cant just say re order you have to go and re select everything I had more than 40 Items on my list ......

Then when you reorder O sorry Sir your refund takes between 3 and 5 Working days .........

ok so I paid again out of another bank account guess what my order is delayed again

please don't use pick n Pay Asap ....... Rather go for Checkers 60/60 they stick to there time slots they refund within a view minutes

What is the use for timeslots if you cant stick to them
