Bad service call centre

The worst call centre ever. I always shop online #asap then on 29 august you charged me double . Cool I waited few day thinking it will be reversed and I understand mistakes do happen. That was not a case I had to call 📞 that’s when the night mares begun . Spoke to numerous agents with their team leaders promising to call back , lies after lies . Only refunded today after a fight . I need a compensation for the 100 calls I’ve made which I believe is equal to my refund . Thando Unathi n n n promised to get back to me regarding the reimbur*****t for the phone 📱 bills 💵 I’m still waiting. I urge management to listen to every call I’ve made , evaluate and get back to me . I’m very disappointed ☹️ and angry
