Bad service

I am so angry. I order wine and beer on my app on Monday. The driver brought me a carton off milk. I told him he must take it back and bring the beer and wine. I tried to phone customer care, but they didn't answer. I phoned the bottle store, but no answer. By the way, it was clear water malls bottle store. I did send them a email aswell. Im still waiting for any response. My holiday is over and i didn't had any beer or wine. Thankyou pick and pay. I want my money back
