Bad service

Hi I'm writing this complaint regarding the service a had at pick an pay protea glen mall...I bought 5kg chicken soon after leaving the shop in 5 min I realized that lost my purse so decided to return the chicken..the supervisor Mathapelo told me the policy doesn't allow her to refund but I asked her kindly to show me that policy as it's not writing on the fridges.But she told there is nothing writing I must Google it...I think it's fare to put that policy on fridges so we all know...I was really desperate..I would have come again the next day to buy that chicken....
