Bad Service

When I go to a pick n pay , there is only two to three till points operating, and the express till for 10 items is almost never open and if it is , it's only one cashier, which make it useless to stand in the express line. I have lodged so many customer queries, about online shopping, and no one comes back to you. Very disappointing.
