Bad Service

Hi i bought groceries from pick and pay on the 24 Feb delivery was supposed to done next day order number ***9 till today no deliver and getting Told that i will get my refund I need my groceries to be delivered i don't want a refund to make matters worse now they are cutting my calls a lady called Nomfundo from Durban office i want my groceries to be delivered this for the second time it happened in december ,if the driver got lost he was supposed to call me or maybe someone from their depot but nothing happened so their solution a refund no I want my groceries to be delivered i am tired of pathetic service
