bad service

i went to pick n pay diepkloof square ,soweto 24/09/2022 the service was so bad it was only 3 cashiers the que was so long poor cashiers need pack for us after ringing the groceries ,it's an abuse to this cashiers I bought zambuk and for security reasons you will get it after paying , but then the guy took +- 10 minutes to look for it in the storeroom and come back without it I spoke to Palesa at customer services she couldnt give me her surname as per pick n pay rules what if they have more than 1 Palesa I regret why I went to this shop, it's was very much better with the old staff that is no longer there
