Bad Service

Bought groceries and the cashier told me there were no packers so I had to pack 2 trolleys of groceries myself, when when I asked I was told they don`t hire packers and shoppers must do their own packing. I also went to the Lotto kiosk and waited 20 min and the supervisor refused to open the till and told us it was not her station then went on to greet a friend that had walked in the shop instead of getting help for us. She then said the lady working there was on tea and will only returnin an hour.

A good and kind Cashier that saw us there came and said she felt bad cause we were there for too long and helped us. Service is bad and no one gives a damn there.
