BAD SERVICE

I visited Pick n Pay Grand Central Eerste River Cape Town everyday for the past month looking for snowflake cake flour which they don't have. Thursday 14/11/19 I visited the shop again and nothing was on the shelve. I ask 1 of the guys working (taking photos from of the packed shelve) and he said he will ask a manager. He walked up to a guy who was busy with the cashier and this guy informed me that snowflake cake flour was discontinued. I was very shocked and told him it can't be but I will find out. I got home and searched for snowflake on face book and send them a message to the discontuation of snowflake flour. Snowflake company came back to me and said that all snowflake products is on the market and non of their products has been discontinued. This was not the 1st time that items long out of stock at this pick n pay and I get this answer. Previously I received the same answer (discontinued) to wonderset hair spray and bisto which they did not have for a long time and after the absence of stock it is now on their shelves(do they now manufacture theirr own hairspray and bisto). I would very much also like to know how long does it take for stock to be taken from the delivery truck and packed onto the shelves???? On Saturday 16/11/19 I was looking for fresh cream and was told they busy taking it off the truck and it will take 30 to 50 minutes before they will unpack. Pick n pay Eerste River needs to get their act together and order the goods needed by the customers and pack their shelves properly and stop looking for rediculous excuses. Their service is also walking out the door. U get n cashier at the money market counter selling cellphones and must still man the lotto machine. While he/she is busy for 20 minutes to complete a cellphone purchase the other customers must wait and not even the supervisors is willing to assist.
