Bad service

Earlier today I went to Pick n Pay Meadowpoint to buy a few things and withdraw money and I put in my pin and it declined and I was told to wait a moment and we tried it again and they told me the system is offline. I went back home and when I got home I got an SMS from the bank to say money was withdrawn from my account from the very same Pick n Pay that told me that the system is offline!! I went back to the store and I got no help from the supervisor that was rude and left me just standing there, her name is Sinah very useless supervisor. Those people are a ***** and *********** staff.
