Bad service

Iv never felt this disrespected like i was today. Went 4 my mini shopping at the DobsonPoint branch only to get the worst service 4de very 1st time in 5years of shopping there. I was patiently queuing at the Deli waiting 4 my turn to be served, while at it I was having a conversation with Gloria and Thabile whom iv built a relationship with because they always give me the best service n a great shopping experience. So shortly after they left there i was still waiting to be attended n this lady Banyana was standing there folding her arms instead of asking how can i be assisted. I mean who goes to pnp just to stand n stare at the food. I then realized she's Givin me attitude i waited for the guy he was working with to assist me. He took my order n ryt after leaving Deli, the lady passed a remark n said "This 1 thinks shes a VIP, she thought il assist her" she ddnt realize i heard her. I turned n went straight to her n asked her is that how u treat customers. She gave me a grumpy look n i walked away. I dont even know her 4 her to make such a remark. When i got to the tills, as upset as i was, Rebecca was assisting me, she ddnt even greet, i politely said to her b4 we transact we start by greeting, she rolled her eyes n said "plastic n smart shopper? ", i gave her my phone to scan the code from my store cards app. She asked me "wat do I do with this? " I said i don't know, she asked 4 assistance ,some lady came n assisted her n also packed my food. I do my monthly shopping there n at times buy my lunch there iv never been this disrespected. It was still early 4 this kind of service, i understand its Monday we r all tired. If this is how the store has turned out to be il take my shopping else where.thanx
