Bad service by security at the door

I was pick n pay blu valley mall and was treated unpleasantly by the security named “Zintle” a lady with glasses on. I am not happy with her service even after bringing it to her attention and she still had attitude. I would like some sort of action done against her and for me to be called and told of the update.
