Bad service by manager at pick n pay trade route Mall (Lenasia)

17th November 2022 at 7:30 am I went to pick n pay trade route mall for their black Friday special, upon arrival the store was still closed and I waited until 8am for them to open, when I got in the item I was looking for was already our of stock (pick n pay juice) then some guy who works at the store told me I will not get the juice as the staff had already hidden all of it at the back, I asked what must we get as customers if they hide all of it, OK fine I left the store without the juice, I then sent an email to their customer service to make them aware of the situation at the store I was then advised that the manager will call me to sort it out, unfortunately the said manager did call me and he told me "unfortunately there's nothing I can do if the staff keeps things at the back to buy at their convinient time, you would also do the same if you were in their shoes" he furer told me that the staff doesn't get any discount when buying products they buy like everyone else, I then asked if they buy like me why don't they go get the items from the shelves like I do, why do they have to keep them at the back such that we don't get, he couldn't answer that all he kept saying was I would have also done that If I was in their shoes, he then promised to give me a call as soon as he received the stock but I still haven't received any call, I'm so disappointed with a full manager who has a nerve of telling me there is nothing he can do if the special ends I will not get the juice even after I had explained that it doesn't make any sense that I'm the 1st customer in the store yet the product is not there, I would have totally understood if I was late n told that other customers came earlier and finished the product not that it was kept at the back, I'm really disappointed and angry with what happened to me especially after the store manager failed me as well, please assist me, all I want is my juice nothing else.
