Bad service, broken promise
I ordered goods on 25th February 2022 via pnp ASAP and I never received my stuff and money was taken from my account, I called their call Centre I was told that my order was never received because pnp Springfield had system issues so they will refund me until today I'm still waiting for my refund I was told told I will receive sms that my order has been canceled and refund has been done still no sms.

I am still waiting for my money to be refunded back to my account, I have not been contacted as promised, I have done 3 follow ups no solution from Pnp. When I do follow up they tell me they creating a service for a refund. Another thing what makes me frustrating is I asked for refund deptment contact number so that I can contact them directly, they don't have contact. To be honest I will not recommend the online shopping with PnP and pnp must stop ******** people.
