Bad service

We went to Pick n pay Lemo mall with my colleague assisted by Kholiwe Nongqo she gave us bad service as we where buying and and playing lotto so when my colleague was ticking numbers I was paying my items then when she was done she payed her item and played lotto apparantely the cashier was irritated by us she told us in the face that we are annoying boring she don't like helping us my colleague took it as a joke as U was aware that cashier is very serious.she told her colleague that she made her aware that she don't want to help she was very annoyed and serious on her face and even shouting at us as if she was doing us a favour by letting us pay where she is worse part is that is the third time she give me this bad service and I was telling my colleagues during our meeting about her the other day so it happened in my colleagues presence she have to get customer service training or you will loose client by cashier like her cause I believe we are not the only once who are getting this bad service she need to pull up her socks and get customer care training or U will loose customers every cent that customer bring make a difference
