Bad Service, Bad Attitute

On 21 November 2017 around 16:50 I went to Pick n Pay in Sandridge to purchase dough. I went to the bakery section and asked to 1kg dough. The shop assistant there whose name is IVY went to get it from the back. She then approached the weighing machine and spent some time there without explaining what was going on. When I asked her whats taking so long she then said she can't remember the code for bread dough. I asked her if she's the only one who knows and her response was that everyone else who knows it has left for the day. She kept on going back to the weighing machine and trying out codes. In between this there were customers that she attended to. After helping the 4th customer she said there's no code and there's nothing she can do. I asked her if the code isn't written anywhere as i need the dough. She then bended and opened a shelve where she took a flip file and started going through. Some customers came while she was going through the file and asked to be assisted and stated that they need to buy but once she's assisted me. IVY's response was "no she's fine" while she flicked her hand at me. After 15 minutes IVY said to me that she will put the dough in the brown bag and price it R13 and some change because she's sure that's how much the kilo is. So i told i am not comfortable with her plan, i will only do it if a manager say that. She said I'm welcomed to find the manager and tell him/her. I then went to the front desk where i spoke to a gentleman by the name of OBED. She assured me that he will assist me. We walked to the bakery while i was explaining what had transpired. When we got there IVY was no where to be seen a customer was helping himself to some rolls. OBED apologized to the customer took out more flip files from the shelve. IVY came back. OBED explained to me that dough is hardly purchased so that's its easy to forget the code. He than said he will run the system and get back to me. He asked me to give him 2 minutes. I waited until 17:17 when IVY finally got the code. OBED still hadn't returned by the time i left. IVY seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. I had to suggest to her what next she should do inorder to help me. As an associate/shop assistant she should be well trained on customer service and her attitude. Her flicking her hand on me while was patiently waiting for her to do her job was completely unprofessional. I am a longstanding customer at Pick n Pay and my shopping experience was a nightmare.
