I requested a refund from pick n pay the 10th of December and today the 1st of January I still waiting for refund. 5he worst services

03 Jan 2023, 08:53Today is the 3rd of January 2023 and I still have not received my refund of R 290.97. Every time I get promised that the money will be transferred to the wallet. Still waiting. This is so ridiculous I have no words. I WILL BE POSTING on hellopeter and all other media platforms about this extremely bad bad service. This has changed my mind set about online shopping. I just want my money back. I spoke to Ilze, Shana-Leigh and many other agents. 12 calls, uncountable emails and still nothing!!!!! So frustrating. I am begging you just refund my R290.97 TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! ORDER ***
