Bad service

I purchased a washing machine there for R4800, i had it 6 months and the bearings on the drum packed up, a technition came and collected the machine for repairs, when he brought it back I asked him if it will last another 6 months, he said no it willl last longer, well it lasted about 7 months, now tha motor packed up. I went into the store to report it, it has now been 2 weeks since I was there, I get no responce from them, besides empty promises, I wouldn't worry much about it if the machine cost me R500.
