Bad service

I bought a Defy Freezer at Pick n Pay Hypermarket on the 24th December. I paid for the fridge but could not be delivered due to stock unavailability. Today it is the 17 January2023 and haven't received any communication regarding the purchased product. Except for my countless efforts to get feedback. I'm very upset and didn't expect this to take this longer and have lost patience and even thinking of canceling the purchase. On the 23rd Jan, Tyme Bank Motyme will be making a debit for a product I have not received. This is totally unnecessary and unacceptable.
