BAD SERVICE

Placed an order about a week ago got broken eggs and old chicken been waiting for a refund more than a week, got a voucher code sent to me but doesn't work so I'm still waiting for a code that does work for that refund.

Yesterday I placed another order and an item was out of stock and didn't even get the opportunity to choose replacement, whole amount was taken for full order but out of stock item was also added to my bill.

No replies via Twitter or messenger and you wait forever for an response via email and have to back and forth because the departments either don't communicate with each other or let each other know what's happening concerning a fault
