Bad Service, Attitude & Lack of Responsibility

On Saturday I shopped at the Pick n Pay Local store, Sanbel, Voortrekker Road, Bellville. This was an overall bad experience. I was standing in the fast queue for 10 or less items, when the floor supervisor, Sophia, loudly announced that \people should just wait and not expect her to come running for assistance". I paid no attention to it at first"
