Bad service at the Bakery

Their bakery service is very bad, we ordered ****tail rolls this morning and were told they will be ready by midday. Come midday the order was not made, told them we were gonna fetch it at 6pm. We just got there and it's not made again and the manager that we spoke to was not helpful at all. She just kept on asking who do we speak to, we ended up leaving. It's not the first time we have experienced this treatment and it's soo frustrating
