Bad service at Sanridge Pick n pay

Yesterday morning I went to pick n pay Sanridge Midrand with my daughters and the lady kept on following us and I stopped and asked her why you keep on following us it's uncomfortable what you doing can I do my shopping in peace just when I thought it's over then it was a security from All is well company. Then I complained to the supervisor and she's she will take it to management. 30 minutes later I called but the manager was busy then the lady asked to take down my details even now still waiting for their manager's call. So it shows that they don't care
