Bad Service at PnP Vincent Park

My wife and I were in Pick 'n' Pay in the Vincent Park Centre in East London this morning. They were very busy and they only had TWO cashiers open (and another two for 10 items or less). The queues at the cashiers (all of them) were very long. We stood for 15 minutes before we were eventually served. Then, to top things off, the cashier was so inattentive that she started scanning the next person's items with ours. The cashier was also extremely rude - when I greeted her and tried to give her my Smart Shopper Card she totally ignored me and just started scanning. The service really was shocking and a number of people were complaining about the slow service. This is really not on - particularly on a Friday when they have wekend specials going. Why did they not have more cashiers on duty or, at least close the one 10 items or less queue and open another line? Very disgruntled customer!
