Bad service at PnP liquor campus square

Good evening! Worse experience ever at PnP liquor in campus square. Where I went in and bought beverages and told the security and cashier I’d collect after work. Payed for everything and when I went to collect after work I was denied to take my stuff and the manager said I must retrieve the slip where as I know from my knowledge a shops customer service is supposed to do that. And they have cameras they could have viewed the footage but decided otherwise. The manager present at that moment was rude and didn’t handle the situation professionally.
