BAD SERVICE AT PNP HYPER WOODMEAD

I bought a TV at PnP Woodmead Hyper on saturday morning, and scheduled my collection for 10am today. I went to the shop around 9am and asked if i can collect my order earlier and i was informed that it can only be done at the scheduled time and i was advised that my vehicle is small and the TV box wont fit. I went around looking for transportation and only after paying R750 for delivery, i got an email at 10:21 informing me that my order was cancelled due to stock unavailability. Why was the email not sent an hour before collection or when i was at the store? I called the contact center and i was informed that they will give me R50 voucher, where the hell am i taking aR50voucher when i wasted R750???
